Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-17

This Privacy Policy explains how Kyiri (“Kyiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal data through our website kyiri.com, our services, and any related products. By using the site or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly (contact form submissions — name, email, phone, company, message), information from your device (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, session duration), and cookies and similar tracking technologies described in Section 6.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
  • Send transactional email (booking confirmations, follow-ups).
  • Improve the website, diagnose problems, and analyze usage patterns.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Legal Basis (DPDP & GDPR)

We process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), contract (to provide services), legal obligation (tax, regulatory), and legitimate interest (to secure and improve the site). Indian residents' data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. EU/UK residents' data under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers acting as processors (hosting — Cloudflare Workers; email — Resend) under data processing agreements.
  • Authorities when legally required (court order, regulatory request).
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for up to 24 months to support follow-up conversations and audit trails. Website analytics logs are retained for up to 13 months. We delete or anonymize data after the retention period unless legally required to retain longer.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can be configured to refuse cookies; most site features will continue to work.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kyiri.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India (for DPDP matters) or your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls, logging and monitoring, and regular security testing. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may process data at edge locations globally. Transfers outside India or the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at support@kyiri.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
